How to personalise:
Choose the orientation. Eg. Portrait or Landscape.
Type the personalised message you would like on the frame. Frame will already say Happy First Mother's Day.
Details:
Frame is 15cm x 20cm and holds a 10cm x 15cm photo.
Due to the nature of the timber, each item is unique and imperfections in the timber will vary. These imperfections include and not limited to, grain variations, small markings and are not considered as a fault, rather a unique piece of raw materials.
Refunds or exchanges will not to be given if you simply do not like how your name reads.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
